I’ve gotten to read and listen to so many good books using the Libby app with my Austin City Library card.
Can’t get a library card? Harris County Tx offers digital library cards for free.

Through the Toronto Public Library, I've got a manga & a novel on my e-reader, I've got a Criterion DVD, I've streamed from both Hoopla and Kanopy this month, and I'm gonna pick up a pass to go to a museum for free in a few weeks! I also love their free talks (the Andre Alexis ones were amazing).

However, I’ll be writing less for TTRPG and more for a novel I want to work on.

Howdy, It's been a while. I've steadily been working on finishing volume 1 of my #shadowdark zine. I've come very far since releasing the alpha without art a few months ago. Between finding creative commons art to hack, finding some good stock art and making some myself, I can see the finish line!

I am about an hour into Critical Roles, newest actual play using their Daggerheart system. I was really intrigued by the setting, but once again the game is plagued, like DND, with “everything but the kitchen sink” style fantasy.

The release of @mattcolville.bsky.social Draw Steel kinda snuck up on me.
Unfortunately, the Daggerheart release just happened, so I think the game space is going to get a little crowded. YouTube reviewers are gonna have a great summer though.

I'm using the Pale Terror as the border to my current Mausritter game. Players have noped out of dealing with the thicket. Their one encounter with the bees did spark some nice game art though.

If you’re into #manga this reads like a modern Call of Cthulhu scenario. Eldritch beings and spirits, a mysterious cult from Japanese antiquity, a classic investigation with dangerous potential.
It’s good stuff!
