I came back to use my Nothing Phone, I keep forgetting how nice it looks and how fast it is.
I still want at some point to purchase a Fold device to read more when unfolded but they are still so expensive. I would rather scroll some more for now. It's cheaper.

Situations like this really highlight how so many tech companies and tech we take for granted have flourished on the backs of thousands of hours of free labour, which is bad enough, but they also have absolute contempt for that free labour and those that gave it.
Mozilla deployed an AI bot that overwrote 20 years of volunteer Japanese translations, without consultation. JP community leader resigned, and the offer from Mozilla is to "hop on a quick call to understand why they're struggling". FFS.

I am realising how stressed I am based on my stomach problems and the fact that they pop up when it's rough, like now I woke up at half past midnight and can't fall asleep again.

I'm happy to share that I published a new open-source library, Compose Stability Analyzer!
This is a plugin that provides real-time stability analysis for Jetpack Compose functions in Android Studio or IntelliJ IDEA.

I've realised that by January I won't have YouTube Premium, so I basically won't actually use YouTube that much anymore. In the meantime I do need to somehow make some sort of script to transfer at least my playlists to another service, probably Tidal or Spotify.

I'm almost finished with The Consultant by Im Seong-Sun it's really shocking me with every chapter. Kind of like a stab and slow twist at one point and it keeps on going.

I know he is an asshole but I utterly need him to win the race and championship, just to give me some joy.

Do other people find motivation to go to the gym when something is pissing them off?
Recently that's been happening to me and it is a great driver. Basically a distraction for other things.

I have been thinking a bit and I will scrap my Python plans, and will actually start making a sort of UI customisable prompt for Android/KMP to ask the user to select between seeing ads, paying for ad-free or becoming a premium member screen.
This would be similar to the cookies prompt in websites.

This weekend I think I'll just pause my Android shenanigans and focus on Python, I've wanted to do some data science, or try at least, to make some CLI for data analysis.

Starting work super early is truly magnificent. I basically can also finish early and then do my other things.

Today was a weird but very fulfilling day. The only issue is I woke up at 3AM for no real reason besides falling asleep too early the day before.

I also must say that I have been trying to make a Bluesky and Mastodon single feed client, it's a KMP project, but to be honest I haven't done much KMP and am focusing only on Android for now.

The only thing I miss now that I switched from my Magic Trackpad + Magic Keyboard (w/ Touch ID) is the Touch ID, instead of the Trackpad I currently am using my Logi Ergo trackball.
I forgot how fun it is to use the trackball.

I think I will take an hiatus on social media, the thing is Bluesky doesn't really hurt but if I will do all there shouldn't be exceptions.
