Markwayne Mullin: "I'm not joking when I say this. I drive around Washington DC in my Jeep - yes, I drive myself - & I don't buckle up. The reason I don't buckle up - people can say whatever they want - is because of carjacking. I don't want to be stuck in my vehicle when I need to exit in a hurry."
Can't wait for the shitheads on 106.7's morning show to agree that crime is out of control because one time they forgot to gas up in Loudon county and they saw a homeless person at a gas station in the district

I’m repulsed by the genocide in Gaza, and even more repulsed by the people who pretend to justify it under the banner of defeating anti-semitism. This will not stop anti-semitism. In fact it will only exacerbate it, and at great speed. All while millions of Gazans starve and die for no good reason.

I've never been here and I feel like coming here was more of a pilgrimage as a motorsports fan..I knew the race wouldnt be great but that's not the point
Maybe some of you are newer fans and I'm not accounting for that? Here's a column I wrote...in 2013... about how it's still worth racing here even if the race is boring. It's the Brickyard. It's always been like this.
