Big Oil is "wildly desperate to dodge the growing array of lawsuits over the damage caused by their decades-long scheme to deceive the public about climate change," writes @aaronregunberg.bsky.social.

The fossil fuel industry is again urging the Supreme Court to help them escape accountability.
The Supreme Court’s Ethics Code Is a Joke. Big Oil Knows That.
Oil companies want the Supreme Court to intervene to dismiss lawsuits about climate change. Amy Coney Barrett and Samuel Alito both have big conflicts of interest on that front.

Trump just gave a commutation to David Gentile, a private equity executive who defrauded investors of $1.6B.

Meanwhile, Trump's regime has also scrapped enforcement actions against over 160 corporations accused of misconduct.

Everyone saw this coming.

Trump stiffed his contractors, then fell out w/his architect because he refused to back his demand for a ballroom bigger than the WH.

And those corporate donations he keeps bragging about are pledges, not real money. Taxpayers will end up on the hook one way or another.

It’s darker than that.

Witkoff has spent three decades swimming in russian money, russian mob circles, and russian real-estate pipeline.

Throwing the military under the bus is never, NEVER a good idea. Pete H. is not the military in this case.
After days of denying the story as “fake news,” now Karoline Leavitt says OF COURSE they ordered a second strike, and it was very legal and very cool, and they found an Admiral to take the fall to protect Trump and Hegseth. I hope Admiral Bradley is lawyering up.
