Today is a good day to remember, and to say, that the #MeToo movement was right, and was righteous, and has been vindicated over and over again. There was no overreach. There was no excess. There was no they-went-too-far.

So much work remains to be done.

They have a fundamental misunderstanding of EVERYTHING!

Books - the point is to enjoy reading them, not just a plot summary.
Art - the point is to create something with your own efforts, not just a picture of slop.
Education - the point is to learn about a subject, not just spit out a term paper.

“100% certain that promo is misdirection but intrigued anyway” kind of sums up being a comics fan in 2025.

There will be many takes, and their mileage will vary, but I do think at the very least that voters seem eager for a political culture that calls bullshit bullshit and stupidity stupidity

Day 3 selection for #Noirvember (and another RKO release): THE HITCH-HIKER (1953), directed by Ida Lupino. I have a feeling they shouldn’t pick this guy up.

This is deeply sad, journalistically. Teen Vogue has done much brave political coverage in an age when few outlets are willing.
I was laid off from Teen Vogue today along with multiple other staffers, and today is my last day.

certainly more to come from me when the dust has settled more, but to my knowledge, after today, there will be no politics staffers at Teen Vogue.

I woke up at 5:00, absolutely convinced it was 6:00. Looked at the clock and everything.

On the bright side, it was the most productive morning I’ve had in ages. But the crash is inevitable.
