Is it worthwhile to sent serum with CSF when testing for Kappa free light chain index (κFLCi) for the diagnosis of MS? The sensitivity/specific isn't great with different cutoffs (see image). Does it make more sense to just send CSF and not serum and use κ-FLC concentration?
