NEW GODS #1 is Ram and Cagle jumping at the tricky task of making KIRBY! BIG! COSMIC! work in the 21st century (Looks at camera meaningfully). It immediately gets the scale, and when I wonder if it's gone too big - just grounds it expertly, a union of heaven and earth. Out Dec 18th.
