Reminder this is the same President who pardoned 1600 mostly white people who stormed the capital including 170 who were charged with assault with a deadly weapon against law enforcement.

I get that the 2nd Trump administration is vastly different from the first, but Ryan Zinke lasted 2 years as Sec of Interior despite a laundry list of headline l-grabbing improprieties. Lash Patel getting ousted within the first calendar year would be hilarious.

something i'll note is that if nuzzi ran catch-and-kill ops for rfk jr and lizza knew this prior to him being appointed as HHS, and instead of telling anyone, he decided to save it for his substack long after rfk jr had made communicable disease into federal policy, that's completely fucked

I think it’s this trauma that has sadly guided the Democratic Party ever since. It drove long-serving establishment Dems to err on the side of “chase the moderate voter”, and ended up doing stupid shit like vote for the ‘03 Iraq War resolution and not fight harder for gay marriage.
