bluesky is my therapist because 1) i’m waiting for my therapy referral to be renewed, 2) therapy is only once every two weeks, 3) i have no friends, and 4), i have a LOT of feelings and have to complain

my brothers and i have all been diagnosed with the same inherited cholesterol issue (high lp(a)) and have all received different recommendations, varying from nothing at all to immediately needing to start statins. i’m right in the middle where thankfully my doctor wants me to have further testing
