We all need to advocate for change in our healthcare system, health professionals and physicians especially.

If we want patients and professionals to feel heard and valued we need to address the patriarchal, colonial and profit driven foundations first.

"Record breaking Black Friday was such a success!"

No it wasn't. Americans got less for more AND apparently a substantial portion of that was on credit.

We're drowning.

The Trump admin spends to much money on being petty.

We can just change these things back when we're in charge.

In light of the ACIP decision today: Remember that many states are developing their own vaccine recommendations based on science. Also, the right person to talk to about what's right for you or your children is your doctor.

For the 40th time this year Fuck SCOTUS!

I used to listen in live whenever I could. They have (except for a couple of them) completely tarnished the Court.

I adopted Nova about a year ago. It was completely unplanned. We stopped by PetSmart for something else. She had been there a month by herself. It was instant for me. She is from the Navajo (Diné) Reservation in NM. (My home state)

I have never felt more like I don't HAVE a cat, I live with one.

Yet he won't be intimidated by this lawless administration. He's speaking up and telling his story as part of a new $250k @ofthebraveusa.bsky.social campaign. 👇

Aftyn Behn and her team did a great job! She won a primary that included moderates.

Every county in the district shifted left and she won her portion of Nashville with ~80%. She was the right candidate.

The GOP engaged in misinformation, intimidation, gerrymandering and voter suppression to win.

2026 is going to be juicy

Van Epps is projected to win, by how much is still a question.

But just to show the difference in the map since last year we have 2024 and 2025 AP News side by side.

The red is most of those eastern counties is a lot lighter.

55% of the vote in and Behn is barely behind.

Let's see how this goes.

Aftyn Behn has run an amazing campaign! I know that her, her staff, her volunteers and so many more have worked so incredibly hard.

Regardless of a win or not tonight, she has accomplished an incredible feat!

Many years ago I moved from NM to NC with my newly enlisted husband. We bought a $500 station wagon and packed what we could fit, and made the journey to NC. Around 9pm in the middle of Nowhere Tennessee we got a flat tire, with no spare. The tow truck driver drove us an hour away to the tow yard,

Tennessee today is the day! If you live in the 7th district go vote!

Aftyn Behn stands for the people of Tennessee, working people, and kids. That other guy is beholden to billionaires. We don't need more of that.

This Coloradan hopes to see Aftyn win today!

Tennessee you have Election Day tomorrow Dec. 2nd!

If I could vote for Aftyn Behn I would, but I don't live there. She seems to genuinely care about the people of Tennessee and wants to improve what life looks like day to day.

Please go vote! Vote for Aftyn!

I once wrote an entire essay about how much I didn't want to write the essay and why. But it followed the guidelines of the assignment and I got an A.

The essay that calls people demonic strays so far from the assignment guidelines we don't even know what article it was supposed to analyze.

Last day of NAHM: This one has been hard, even as a white person. The amount of anti-Indigenous sentiment has been hard to see.

I've found an amazing amount of people to follow, whose viewpoints I really appreciate.

I wish this country was better.

One of my docs asked me to try an anti-inflammatory/AIP diet out again after years of being off of it.

I'm sad to report that it seems to be working so far.

I like sugar, and cheese, and bread, and gluten.

It seems this may have to be a lifelong change for me.

It's clear Trump and Hegseth are attempting to label people terrorists to get around the law.

There's little to no proof these people are smuggling drugs. If they were, smuggling drugs is not a reason to execute people.

The military is not meant to be judge jury and executioner.

Absolutely furious today about a health care system that has pitted patients and professionals against each other.

A country at war with Brown and Black people.

Religious indoctrination that says anyone else is an enemy.

And all the AHs who benefit.
