Today on Easter Sunday, I wonder why the stone was rolled away from Jesus’ tomb. If he was raised from the dead, surely he could walk through a bit of rock. And then it dawned on me that the stone was rolled away not so that He could get out, but so that we can see in. 😊

Just tried to revive a bee, offering warm sugar water. I was rewarded by being stung, which I don’t mind but that leaves the poor 🐝 worse off 😢

Well I thought it was Friday evening. Quite disappointing to find that tomorrow is in fact Friday 😤
On the positive side it does mean the roofer will be back in the morning to fix the big hole he left today!
Also it was a beautiful moonset this morning.

The English describe Welsh singing as “4-part harmony”.
In Wales, we just call it “singing”.

Just had a peasant half hour chatting with new Bluesky friends. Nothing special - just moose, 50 yr old bottles of whisky, an uninspiring hotel in South Wales, that kind of thing.
