Military courts prosecuted their own in the middle of the Vietnam war. There is no reason why we shouldn’t again and make it clear there is no room in a democracy for this. Otherwise we will be compared with regimes like Nazi Germany, Communist China or Russia.

As these charges shouldnot be part of the RICO Count, they cannot be used to link the alleged criminal acts inCobb County to those in Fulton County.
