Consider supporting orgs like ASAN or Autistic Women & Nonbinary Network instead. They're founded and run by autistic people, they do not use ableist language or symbols, they have minority representation, and a majority of their funds go toward actually helping autistic people.

Okay. I am fucking done with Instagram. Every time I get back on it, I swear I'm only going to use it to look at wholesome content. But unfortunately, I'm too curious for my own good and end up browsing the less than wholesome, often ragebait content that's on there. And my mental health takes a hit

Unfortunately while it was helping in terms of boosting my mood and energy, Ritalin hasn't helped at all with my executive functioning/focus, and it's raising my heartrate dangerously high, so I'm going to have to stop taking it.

I keep setting unrealistic expectations for myself and when I don't meet them, I feel useless and lazy. It's probably because of what I've had to go through in the past, with someone else having unrealistic expectations, and me being treated like I'm not "pulling my weight".

Since it's been a REALLY long time and I really need to make a point to advertise this more, but, I have a neurodivergent group called Neurogals that is open for femme-identifying peeps on the Autism/ADHD spectrum to join. However, I am thinking of expanding it to include enby folks as well.

It's encouraging to see that around the world, people are creating neurodivergent friendly spaces like theaters and busses. I would love to see restaurants where they offer safe foods and fidget toys for long waits.
