Just did a Waterstones order for the triple points - got 10% off online with my Blue Light card and used book tokens (bought with a 5% Blue Light discount) which saved £13.86, and the triple points I’ll earn are equivalent to £33. That’s about £46 saved of a £110 order!

When you decide to treat yourself to a burger and cocktails after work, and then they say they’re doing cocktail training and would I like a free passion fruit martini? Does a bear shit in the woods? 😂

@neillancaster66.bsky.social just finished the second Max Craigie, after far too long a gap since the first. Silly past me, as it was excellent! Absolutely loved it, kept the pace up all the way through, and great plot. Straight onto book 3!

Finally managed to collect my signed copy of The Black Wolf, from my local indie bookshop, to go with the preceding book, The Grey Wolf. Such good stories!

I’m so excited - payday means I have now paid off the last of my mortgage! With no student loan or credit card bill, I am now 100% debt free and own my house outright, just shy of my 44th birthday 🎉❤️.

Mum was spinning the @octopus.energy wheel and got her usual 8 points each time, saying it was never higher. Just before she did her last spin, I said “think positive”, and it landed on 800 points! Gosh the universe was fast there 🤣. Going to buy a lottery ticket later 🤣

That account was/is a huge problem on twitter.

When he was called on it & lost a bunch of followers, he whined that it was affecting his income.

Block him.
Yeah, that’s a big NOPE for me.

This account is that content scraper from Twitter that built a massive following by ripping off other people’s work and just posting without attribution.

He says it right there in his first post. These people never learn.

This is not the BlueSky way.

BLOCK HIM.

Watching a reel on Insta, hear the accompanying music is Pump It Up by Black Eyed Peas, and am instantly catapulted back to running country lanes years ago to a mix tape of songs from the Alias TV show, made by the awesome @handymaam.bsky.social ❤️

Love is… being able to repay your Mum for all her love and help over the years, by remotely navigating her getting home on public transport during the M5 traffic chaos, and meeting her at the train station with chips from the Chinese 😂❤️

Happy bookshop day! I popped into my local indie First Draft Books in Bovey Tracey, and picked up 3 @atticalocke.bsky.social books because I’d seen her speak at Harrogate. Bookseller Leslie always has good recommendations, and a wide range of stock for browsing!
