I was initially kind of amused at how quickly Lute was knocked down a peg by Abel. But knowing the context that lute still has respect for Heaven’s hierarchy. And we’re very likely to see how much her revenge and obedience will clash and break down

When I discuss The Creatures sexism in Mary Shellys Frankenstein a lot of people who mainly value aesthetic get mad and confused and I think it's because The Creature sexism isn't outward hate. The Creatures sexism in the book comes from him only seeing women as compliments to men and not as people.
