As I always do with boycotts, I urge: be tough with corporations, gentle with individual buyers. For some people, Black Friday sales are the way they get their kids jackets that fit, shoes that hold up to the weather. Yelling at them doesn’t help the cause.

ro learned the harp when she was young and she has always played exclusively, privately, for herself. she'll sometimes sing when she plays, but nowadays most of her singing is done to soothe and entertain poppy!

ro learned the harp when she was young and she has always played exclusively, privately, for herself. she'll sometimes sing when she plays, but nowadays most of her singing is done to soothe and entertain poppy!

i take frenzy damage every time i see someone go "well i just use it for the boring stuff". what are you TALKING about? if it's boring or unimportant, why are you putting it in? NPC dialogue is fertile ground for worldbuilding, creating verisimilitude, conveying important information, and hijinks!!
Buy a solo indie dev's game because I want to support them.

the only good thing about genAI is that it got me to really love seeing bad art, because I know a person put in time and effort, made themselves vulnerable by showing it to others, and is trying to improve. I value that more than anything now
