And to add to this, having an emotional reaction to an issue does not negate your point.
People should care about the words they are saying, and if they are arguing, it’s not wrong to have an emotional investment in the argument. Especially when you are speaking on issues of morals and ethics.

It should be studied the way I forget that medicine works until I finally take it. I took a pain killer for my sore throat an hour ago after an entire night spent awake because it hurt so bad…now everything is gravy!

Sometimes I hate my connection with my body. I was feeling queasy and unsettled…but I ate something and it turns out I was just hungry. That would have been useful information to have, but no! Never! Guessing Game it is!

One of my favorite thing about the rise of blog style social media has got to be people documenting their learning journeys. From reading to home repair to crafts to professional degrees, I think it’s one of the best parts of influencer culture. Nobody should feel ashamed to learn.

It’s really creepy how every time the government does something, I get at least two emails from various government agencies congratulating the administration. Like that wasn’t a thing I remember happening ever before. It’s weird.

Sometimes I am astounded by the lack of women in certain comics. Like just statistically. I am reading a story that was worked on by 21 creatives, and not a single one of them was a woman. 21 people.
I don’t know for certain, but in 2010 that certainly feels like it was deliberate.

The set schedule is so good for me! Already, I’m back to eating more regularly, and while sleep is still difficult, at least now I am waking up at a decent, consistent time again!

I don’t know how to explain that sometimes I am against a certain technology not because I believe it is inherently bad or dangerous, but because I cannot imagine it being used responsibly and I am so so tired of people dying because a company’s bottom line is worth more than their lives.
