hello bluesky!

i make oc art&comics and occasionally - very rarely - fanart for games my friends play. i also sit quietly in a few fandoms
i call myself dichromatic because everything i make ends up in a two-tone palette. it's a curse, haha

another go at catching the ✨vibe✨of a Haunted House Escape Room (except you really can't leave!) thing

it is a roleplay but really i imagine it as a full blown videogame in my head
a top-down view of vanity table made of dark wood. the back has a mirror frame with round lights around the border. the lamps are lit up, bright to almost whiteness. the desk is empty except for paper hat and a mannequin head sitting on the corner closer to the viewer. the head has life-like features of a middle-aged woman with red, curly hair. "her" pale eyes look dirrectly at the viewer. the text under the image imitates novel game narration. it reads "the mannequin is staring judgementally at you"

Character, Eric, is sitting on a ledge, his back to the camera. He is looking up into the sky. The clouds are drawn in a fading circle to make it look deeper. Next frame Hera, a girl with braids, comes from behind and pokes Eric with her elbow. Following dialogue ensues as she sits to his left: h: yo. what's on yer mind? e: I was, uh... Looking at the sky #original_character Hera hands over her glasses, Eric uses a hankerchief to clean them, then puts the glasses between them for Hera to wear again. She uses her shoulder to fit the glasses, as her left hand is in a sling. The conversation continues across 4 frames. h: I noticed you do that a-lot. I'm telling Mike like, our guy here creeped out of some hole, like a hazombie. Every time I look - there he goes again, starin' up. Ya think he's waiting for aliens to arrive? e: It's not that, I just... note: a hazombie is a nickname for zombie born from breathing in a specific gas, known as the Haze #original_character the first frame here has a panoramic view of open fiend with patches of forest and rows of transmission towers. e: There is an infinite amount of stars right above our heads, with only a thin veil of gas separating us. I guess after always having a ceiling above my head... I can't ignore it for long h: ah! I can understand that. The sky is a boundless void, and we're stuck on a small rock in the middle #original_character First two frames are a depiction of Earth and the Moon, becoming two small dots on a blue background. h: we are possibly the only life left in this universe. our place in the world is so tiney, even our closest star won't blink if we all disappear. all we can do is cling to people close to us, trying to give our lives some meaning, for as long as we can Then camera is back to characters, unfocused first. As Hera finishes speaking, the last frame reveals Eric, who's looking at Hera with a pained expression #original_character
