I know you already know, but for other folks who don't, Goldsmith was previously head of OLC, is a genuinely brilliant mind on executive authority and separation of powers, and is usually very cautious about making claims this unqualified and direct. That he is saying it so starkly is v significant

Trump betrayed Ukraine, secretly colluded with Russians against Europe, and has a secret line with the Kremlin outside of official overview, hidden from everyone including US spy / national security agencies. These are the reddest of flags. A spy sits at the White House.

Pete Hegseth committed a war crime and then doubled down.

He instructed the military to murder civilians at sea and when there were injured victims he gave the order to kill them all.

Surviving victims were brutally dismembered at sea by US missiles.

When Massachusetts passed a "millionaires tax" in 2023, conservatives claimed the rich would flee.

But two years later, they haven't — and MA has collected $5.7B for infrastructure and public education.

A reminder that positive change can still happen at the state level.

- Epstein files coverup
- White House secretly colluding with Russians
- Kushner and Witkoff likely committed espionage
- failing economy
- failed soy trade deal with China
- Trump health down hill

Hegseth wasn't chosen as merely a Fox News buffoon who then bumbles his way into war crimes out of machismo incompetence. He was chosen specifically because he is, and has been for a long time, a proud, open, and explicit advocate of war crimes as a good thing we should do.
A chapter in Hegseth’s book is literally titled “More Lethality, Less Lawyers.”

The most openly racist, eugenicist monsters are running the U.S. They will use every opportunity to advance their agenda.

And as the wheels come off their regime they will only grow more brutal and obscene. These are dangerous days for us all.

Trump would only do this if:

a. He thinks he has it blocked in the Senate

b. He thinks he can withhold everything as part of an "ongoing investigation"

c. They're already altered / redacted the contents of the evidence enough to hide anything REALLY incriminating

ALL ROAD USERS.

And painted bike-lanes? No safety improvement at all.

For sharrows, it’s actually safer to NOT have them.

I believe the purpose of education is to help everyone create a healthy, informed, curious, and compassionate society.
A lot of education discourse is at root an inability to decide whether the purpose of our education system is to 1) teach material and measure learning 2) reward students who work hard 3) separate the smart kids (destined for smart guy jobs) from the dumb kids (destined to serve the smart guys)

MTG: “.. “I am now being contacted by private security firms with warnings for my safety as a hot bed of threats against me are being fueled and egged on by the most powerful man in the world. .. The man I supported and helped get elected.”
