I know it's comparing apples and oranges but it's depressing to see the Chinese government use a (likely biased) judicial system to punish criminals involved in southeast asian scam operations while Trump uses summary executions by the navy to punish drug smugglers at sea.

I'm hoping that some brave journalist(s) will be able to interview the two victims of a US boat attack in the Caribbean that were returned to Columbia and Ecuador. Perhaps then we might see is really happening during these summary executions.
