About 40% of SNAP recipients are children. Around half of ALL children in the country are covered by Medicaid or the Children’s Health Insurance Program.

And the so-called “party of family values” gutted both programs by billions of dollars.

Doesn’t sound very pro-family to me.

Disgusted to hear of the targeted shooting of National Guard members in DC today. All Americans should unite in condemning and rejecting this violence. Sending prayers to these victims and their families, and thankful to the responders who acted so quickly.

The number of immigrants in detention without criminal records has surged by over 2,000% since Trump reentered the White House.

Nearly half of all detainees have no criminal charges or conviction.

Trump was always lying about going after the “worst of the worst.”

Tyson is closing a Nebraska plant that employs 3,200 workers in order to “right-size” its business.

The meatpacking giant paid its CEO $22.7M last year, 525x its median employee's pay.

It also spent $196M in stock buybacks to reward shareholders.

Textbook corporate greed.

CNH raked in $1.3 billion in profit and paid its CEO nearly $20 million last year alone.

CNH can afford to respect its workers and protect these jobs.

I’ve watched as corporations and the super-rich flooded D.C. with campaign cash and ransacked our system.

It won't be easy, but here’s how we break the corporate oligarchy and return power to the people.
