Pritzker is pushing back DAILY, invoking patriotism and American values of fair play, community, freedom, strength, responsibility, empathy.

He coins pithy phrases:
Pritzker described Trump’s first couple of months in office as “true villainous cruelty by a few idiots.”

Well, an acquaintance who relies on the ACA marketplace for insurance just received a notice explaining that their fee for coverage will be rising. Right now they pay $180 a month. The new price?

$2733.15 a month.

“Even if Congress authorized it, this would still be illegal under U.S. and international law because we are not in an armed conflict with these cartels,” Rep. Sara Jacobs, D-Calif., a member of the House Armed Services Committee told The Intercept. “And so this is just murder.”

The strike against the Russian oil terminal in Tuapse has not only damaged port infrastructure, but also at least 2 oil tankers belonging to Russia's shadow fleet.

The message is clear: if you are an oiler trying to get Russian oil, then you better ask for a danger pay.

Two federal judges have ruled that the Trump administration cannot use the government shutdown as a reason to suspend food assistance for 42 million Americans. Yet, as SNAP payments were set to be disbursed,

From MeidasTouch Legal AF: The Convicted FElon DOJ is now deleting court documents on J6 terrorists who have been in trouble with law repeatedly. The DOJ was caught when a judge noticed a document missing on a J6'er, who wanted to bomb Obama's home & was convicted for it. I bet these are ICE now.

WWJD about SNAP

John 6:10-12
Jesus then took the loaves, gave thanks, and distributed to those who were seated as much as they wanted. He did the same with the fish.
When they had all had enough to eat, He said to his disciples, “Gather the pieces that are left over. Let nothing be wasted.”

This is exactly why the entire country should be praising the Democrats for not giving in to the government shutdown. They have leverage and hopefully will continue to unite and not give in until the subsidies are extended. The Republicans can twist it any way they want.Democrats must stand firm!!!!!!
“I don’t know where America’s headed, but we have got to redefine how we address health insurance and health care in this country,” warns Mississippi Insurance Commissioner Mike Chaney, a Republican.
Health Costs Will Soar for Many in Mississippi Without Action
About 331,000 Mississippians who rely on the Affordable Care Act could see their health insurance premiums jump by 37% on average unless Congress acts to extend COVID-19-era tax credits.

It is so satisfying to see #FreePalestine screaming about this peace deal.

You’re showing the world you never cared about the carnage, and you never cared about the Palestinians. You only want Israel destroyed.

And you’re willing to throw Palestinian civilians into the machine to get it.

So this broke containment. Please, don't feel this is the best way to deal with people who gleefully and/or ignorantly celebrate what's happening to SNAP and the social safety nets in the US. You don't have to confront strangers. You do have to do what you can to make a difference for ppl in need. +
I was at the grocery store last minute purchasing candy for tonight when some loudmouth went off on how glad they were SNAP benefits were stopping.

Friends, I was so angry. I just gave two neighbours grocery gift cards because I know they use the program. Everyone deserves food.
