MacDonald’s stopped selling the double samurai burger today. Cost performance on eating out has gone way down. Oh well, I found some decent fast food steak in Akiba.

Rated by an expert to be the greatest mecha game of all time, I have to say it is pretty awesome. Really fast and the low poly art is well done. The dual stick controls are also epic. Not bad for 1998 tech.

I cannot over-state the value in this package. If you’re working on a game there’s tons of great vfx props and shaders in this. And the author keeps adding more and more free updates!

Interestingly, optimizing for programmer happiness (my own, that is) has drastically improved both the speed and quality of my work.
