If you see more than two em dashes in a paragraph and you're not reading an academic text it's like 99% it's AI. Most people don't even know how to type an em dash let alone use one

Rick Scott was CEO of a large, for-profit healthcare company called HCA. While Rick Scott was CEO, HCA stole so much money from Medicare they were fined $1.7 Billion.
Rick Scott told me his plan would be to take all of the remaining ACA subsidies and redistribute them to HSA accounts and people can then buy whatever insurance a state certifies. Basically a repeal/replace.

this is sentimental but it is genuinely crazy to think way back to 2016 when i was attending the first few meetings of the only two DSA chapters in Louisiana with like a total of 10 other people, and then now a member of it holds the most powerful municipal office in the US and maybe on earth
