Watching the Mythical Kitchen interview of Gordon Ramsay, he mentions his age, and after quickly looking up his birthday and the airdate of Hell’s Kitchen season 1 (in the US), he was 39 years old when that show aired.
Which seems unbelievable. He looks and sounds the same as he did 20 years ago.

Taking apart old decks and putting them back into binders and boxes makes me melancholy; it feels like a failed idea, or that I’m quitting on trying to make it work.
(I’m aware that putting cards back in order keeps my living space clean and is good for my mental health. But it still sucks lol)
