After reading about audience walk outs due to graphic gore, I'm stoked to see this on the big screen this weekend!

I miss working at Hollywood Video, and bing watching as many free rentals as possible!!

20-odd years ago I had an asshole district manager tell me "You need to give up on this silly internet writing thing and get serious about your career here at Hollywood Video." After Hollywood Video shuttered, I heard he went to work for Bed Bath & Beyond. I wonder which corp he's serious about now.

This has one of the best horror movie soundtracks.
On this day in Horror History, THE RETURN OF THE LIVING DEAD was released in 1985.

I would agree to all three of these.
If I'm remembered at all in the horror community - I hope it will be as a guy who was a "good" writer, and who also really loved the horror genre, and loved studying how it can make us better people. #horrorcommunity #horrorfam

From Stephen King's "You Like It Darker" collection: what an addictive novella. I couldn't stop myself until I reached the end.

I would love to see a book compiled of nothing but Rod Serling quotes.
The writer’s role is to menace the public’s conscience. He must have a position, a point of view. He must see the arts as a vehicle of social criticism and he must focus on the issues of his time.
