I imagine they'd first pump money into private prisons for "immigrant" detention, which means $ for the private prisons, and we already know our existing prisoners labor for pennies, so new detainees be put to work while in these concentration camps. Ope, I mean "immigration detention centers."

ICE deported a woman who owned a home in the US for 30 years. A judge banned ICE from deporting her to Sierra Leone where she had been tortured, so it deported her to Ghana, which kidnapped her and sent her back Sierra Leone anyway. ICE is part of this illegal conspiracy.

Just got home from Wicked: For Good. I liked it, BUT... Chu took it too dark at the start. By the time we got to "Wonderful" sung by the Wizard, it felt WRONG. That song is supposed to be lighthearted and give Elphaba hope. The audience didn't have time to recover for the song to fit.

I can't quite shake it even after seeing the movie all those months ago. Is anyone else unhappy that they changed the lyrics from "it's atrocious" to "it's uncanny" in "No One Mourns The Wicked" from the movie Wicked (Part 1)? They could have kept "atrocious."

I was laid off from Teen Vogue today along with multiple other staffers, and today is my last day.

What do you do when the company you work for has been exposed for fraud? You trusted them to maintain high quality standards, as they demanded it from you. But now you see they lied, they broke investors' trust, broke your trust, & you worry if years of dedication will only lead to unemployment.
