I generally wear jeans most days and for most things, including flying. However for long haul flights I wear something with an elasticated waist as you are more likely to retain fluid the longer you fly and feel bloated and jeans may not be terribly comfortable.

Found myself on some fashion TikTok guy's page who posted about wearing jeans on a 5 hour flight and every single comment is appalled. I'm so confused. They're saying they don't wear jeans for events longer than an hour. WHAT?? my jeans are two of the comfiest pairs of pants I own...

There’s an example of one station clock going back one hour live at the end of night. It must have been in the 80s when electronic clicks arrived on TV stations (Channel 4 being the first example).

A whole generation of good Labour MPs were either unelected in 2019 or went to the backbenches/defected under Corbyn. It left Starmer with a small pool of MPs to appoint to the shadow cabinet. He then decided to keep them in post when elected to govt. Too many promoted beyond their ‘talent’.

In this day and age there’s no justification for such a truncated cast recording album. 10 songs is insulting, especially as 2 had already been released. The vinyl will be the same selection. Another example of vinyl dictating other music formats.

I had a rare opportunity to watch Newsnight last night. They were almost writing off the Caerphilly by-election as a nailed on Reform win, almost dismissing Plaid. Despite this Plaid won quite handily. Typical BBC wankfest for Reform.

I’ve purchased a SAD lamp in an effort to get through the endless dark mornings. When I do WFH it’s hard to get proper daylight and it seriously affects my mood.
