I wonder why underground SF Muni Metro stations aren’t being identified as Tier 1 stops under SB 79. They have fixed rails, separate ROW from which other vehicles & foot traffic are excluded & have high platform loading. They also arguably have high speed & rapid acceleration in tunnel.

On the 24 bus in the Castro. On one block, a double-parked Waymo blocked the bus. When bus tried passing it, waymo finally starting moving, but cut off the bus. Next block, a human-driven car double-parked and again blocked the bus. Cars are a plague.

In the space of 5 minutes I saw two drivers try to make illegal left turns from the right-hand lane by cutting in front of a light-rail train in the left-hand that was about to go straight thru the intersection. Both cars were Teslas. What’s wrong with these people?
