I was very skeptical but the OURA ring has really helped me adjust my nighttime routine to get better sleep (and generally better understand my sleep patterns)

Does iOS 26 act up for anyone else? On an iPhone 16 it’s jittery and sluggish, games drop frame rate, and apps take forever to open sometimes.
