Decision in the Sandie Peggie case.

She was not directly or indirectly discriminated against, her claim of victimisation fails entirely, her claim of harassment fails largely and her claim against Beth Upton fails entirely. www.judiciary.uk/judgments/sa...

My thread earlier focused on the discussion re. FWS - but I just want to draw this out really explicitly:

The press absolutely monstered Dr Beth Upton in the most appalling way – only for the Tribunal to find that Beth had done nothing wrong, but that Sandie Peggie had harassed her.
Also worth noting, the Tribunal found that Sandie Peggie had harassed Dr Beth Upton in a "hate incident".

Found this in a recent article., addressing the post-FWS coverage of 'biological sex' in the media.

Oh no wait, I didn't - it was written by transfeminist Irene Clyde (under her male signature).

The BBC News at Six is highly misleading. They present the story as if the bigot has won the case, which is false. To make matters worse, they end with their editor reading a proclamation “of the Supreme Court” that is entirely incorrect.

I see the BBC's famous "pro-trans bias" is in evidence again, today...

Or, in reality, play down the ruling, continue to denigrate Beth Upton, and mislead the public to make it look like the racist nurse won her whole case when all but one point was dismissed.

Very "pro-trans" 😡

When a group of blue state attorney's general submitted a strident defense of trans healthcare to Trump's FTC, no one in the media covered it.

No one, that is, except for @valorievandieman.bsky.social of Assigned Media, in one of our most read stories of 2025.

To be clear: the new, near-exclusive emphasis on natural causes of climate change on the U.S. EPA's website is now completely out of synch with all available evidence demonstrating overwhelming human influence on contemporary warming trends.

This can be confirmed using the Wayback Machine's last snapshot (from Oct 8, 2025). At some point between Oct 8 & Dec 8, major changes were made to this and other EPA climate change content. Information has either been removed completely or "adjusted" to emphasize natural causes.

It appears that the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has, within the past week, scrubbed a large amount of climate change content from its official website, as well as *removed human-caused warming* from the discussion on its "causes of climate change" page.

At least if the UK just left the Convention we wouldn't be trying to take away the human rights of *everyone else across Europe*.

Should go without saying, but if protections against torture are preventing your policies being implemented then it isn't the protections which are the issue.

There's no difference, for those affected, here from leaving the ECHR if rights are removed anyway.

Because we are in some ways much further down the extremist radicalisation spiral, because Britain is dominated by the English-speaking world’s most toxic and hateful media outlets, and by fuck those people get what they want.
