There are basically only two positions in the debate about AI.
1. I’ve barely invested any time in learning how to use it effectively. AI sucks.
2. I’ve invested in learning how to use this tool. Holy cow, it’s transformational.
Position #1 has lower barriers to entry.

I think the truth is shocking confronting and makes people uncomfortable, especially when it's a genocide being committed in their name. Of course this makes people want to hide the truth by any means necessary, in this case by weaponising inclusivity and anti-racism
We need to teach people the difference between being uncomfortable and being unsafe. Because the discomfort of the safest people is endangering the most vulnerable, all day every day.

I know people who live or have lived recently in Cuba, China, and Vietnam, and all of them love it and wouldn't leave for anything. They are significantly more free than we are. They don't even think about almost all the things people in the US, including me, lose years of our lives worrying about.
