You lied in your article. You stated "Educators would receive an average 2.3% pay increase next year, and an average 3.5% total increase over the next two years.... a $3,000 bonus."
You must be counting principals in that because the teacher raise is 1.25% for 25-26 and 0% for 26-27. See p. 110
