We’ll be releasing the data with Trump’s tax returns.
CNBC: When do you we get the economic data releases? We're craving data, especially on jobs
HASSETT: We're gonna be staring a little bit in cloudy weather for a while until we get the data agencies back up

Schumer may have voted no but people are tired of the DC dance.
✅ The 8 senators admit they kept him in the loop
✅ The 8 senators that voted yes are not up for reelection

you can either regulate, add subsidies, and/or expand public insurance programs, or:
The new Republican plan same as the old Republican plan: Fucking die already.
Rick Scott told me his plan would be to take all of the remaining ACA subsidies and redistribute them to HSA accounts and people can then buy whatever insurance a state certifies. Basically a repeal/replace.
He denied when I asked wouldn’t that create two-tiered system where sick pay much more…

If you’ve got a Senate Democrat who is not calling for new leadership, they’re part of the problem.
We should no longer trust Senate Dems who decline to come out against the leadership that led us here. Until proven otherwise, we should assume they were in on the game to fool their own supporters.

Thank you!!! About time.
Senator Schumer is no longer effective and should be replaced. If you can’t lead the fight to stop healthcare premiums from skyrocketing for Americans, what will you fight for?

Great job, @schumer.senate.gov. You've changed the story from "GOP hurting millions of Americans to please unpopular, failing, delusional despot who's destroying his party" to "Dems are too weak and divided in the face of Trump's strength to take a stand and protect Americans"

It doesn't actually matter if Chuck Schumer votes for this or not.
If he can't keep his caucus unified to protect healthcare for over 10 million Americans, he should resign as leader.

The coordinated nature of this—none are facing voters in 2026—means that either Schumer approved it or failed in his job as Senate Majority Leader to stop it.
Dems voting "no" get zero credit until they demand a change in leadership. Schumer out as Leader, Durbin out as Whip.

Hello precedent set! Time for all the protesters to ‘arm’ themselves with hoagies to combat ICE. Just make sure it’s homemade and well wrapped to keep costs down and avoid assault with an oil and vinegary object charge.

I’ve decided I need to watch full catalogues of certain actors who are incredible, but perhaps lesser known/appreciate. Like Timothy Olyphant, Neal McDonough, Walton Goggins, Margot Martindale.
So, Justified. I should watch Justified.

@notthatmilo.bsky.social curious as I’m listening to the pod and you say TF hasn’t had any luck with the run of upcoming fixtures, which is fine, but his earlier run of fixtures seems a cakewalk to me. (MC excepted) - just wanted to note for balance as that’s kind of how it works out every year no?
