This was a fun piece! We learned much about #DeeperRootsCoffee's approach to utilizing barrels that once held Utopias, while also trying the very beer which contributed to the coffee's character.

There are some hard truths in here. Can't sugarcoat it and say there won't be another 'surprise' in less than 5-years. And no, we're not rooting for their demise.
But it's a fact that the brewery's social media seemed to pivot away from promoting the brewery and more towards the pubs.
