Also we had like a year and a half of basically nothing because of covid. So yknow, don't beat yourself up over shit that was out of your control and you could never have prepared for. If you're doing you, you're doing fine. Goes for Gen Z too obviously but I don't wanna speak for their struggles.

All the TV/movies we grew up with told us we were gonna fall in love in high school, go to college, get married and buy a house at 30. That's not realistic for most of us and honestly fuck having a "template" for life. If that's you cool but I hate seeing people feel bad when it isn't them.

Might delete this later for being a bit heavy, but I think all of us millennials need to give ourselves a little more grace with some of this shit. What was "normal" for gen X and before is pretty much alien for us. Just because you're not a homeowner with 2 kids doesn't mean you're fucking up.
