maybe this is because i have a buddy who has a kid at Evergreen High School (their kid is physically fine, but they are very shook, grieving, etc) - please don't fucking celebrate the death of anybody, that's one of the saddest and most morally bankrupt actions you could take

What I love about this: If you are in a dark place rn, you can't achieve this overnight. But ANYONE can make meaningful progress on these things TODAY.
I think I’m the healthiest I’ve ever been mentally and maybe physically and all it took was surrounding myself with beloved friends, attempting to do meaningful work that matters, occasionally doing physical exercise, and treating all of life as a gift
