Deze mensen hebben geen idee wat ondraaglijk psychisch lijden betekent. Je straft er mensen mee, waardoor sommigen mogelijk tot zelfdoding zullen overgaan als alternatief.

Het meest frustrerende is dan nog het voorstel van de psychiater om de leeftijd voor euthanasie op te trekken naar 30. Dat is in feite hetzelfde als zeggen dat de persoon in kwestie niet weet waar die het over heeft, en dat er voor jou beslist wordt dat jouw lijden nog niet waardig genoeg is.

Bart Schols en de andere gasten begrijpen duidelijk de lijdensweg van iemand die mentaal afziet niet. Siska heeft op haar 25 jaar op dat vlak al veel meer meegemaakt dan de meesten in hun hele leven. Vooral op het einde is het frustrerend om te zien hoe weinig ze begrijpen van wat er in haar omgaat.
