I think Liberals are scared to have principles. They wait for polls to bless action instead of building the mandate. That’s why they lose ground even when they win elections. /1

To the Liberals out there. This needs to be said apparently. If you’re willing to compromise your morals to win, you have none. If you’ll sell out women’s right to body autonomy, where does it stop? Nonwhite people, the poor, the homeless, LGBTQ+ folks. What won’t you trade away just to “win”?

Shit I never thought I would have to explain to even a Klein stan.

Abundance is right wing propaganda. I think that's you ever need to understand about Ezra Klein.

What would politics look like if the goal wasn’t to win forever but to build a system that works no matter who wins?

The thing that distinguishes us from the conservative movements across the world is the capacity for empathy for people beyond our circle.

Charlie Kirk paid the consequences for his hateful speech, and his disgusting beliefs. I don't celebrate it, but he doesn't get my sympathy either. This is exactly why words matter, and is exactly the kind of excuse they can use to institute further oppression on the people.

David Pakman and Steven Bonnell II have the same grift. Selling the performance of intelligence to justify a shallow, self-serving worldview to their audience.

You know with the news it does make sense why no the #Chorus creators had no comment on this.

"Why do you punch at other Leftists?"

I'm not I'm punching at the people who act as mouthpieces and shields for the corporate elite. Know the difference. Libs punch left to protect the people in power. We punch up to protect the people without power.

A few of you know me in real life and you know I'm polite and don't talk politics in person much but I do here so I am going to take this opportunity to say my peace.

I did this years ago and have been expanding it. So I can build better dystopias

Look if you are willing to lie to protect your funding then you are quite literally the problem. You know who attacks the reporter and not the reporting? The guilty people who's shady activities they expose. If you did nothing wrong, get a retraction or sue them.

Everyone of these Chorus content creators should read Against the Web. We should not be mirroring the right, but offering a better way. We don't need a Joe Rogan on the left, we need our creators to have the compassion and strength to stand for what is right. Not what makes a good soundbite.

Taylor Lorenz's sin is being at the intersection of corporate media suspicion, internet culture wars, and being a very online woman journalist. She's just a lightning rod for hate from the very folks she's writing about.

A dark money group is not required to disclose its donors, which is why we don't know who funds The Sixteen Thirty Fund. By contrast, the Omidyar Network publicly discloses its grants and funding sources. It is not a dark money group. Here's more on Sixteen Thirty
Liberal 'dark-money' behemoth funneled more than $400M in 2020
The Sixteen Thirty Fund sent the cash to groups that aided Democrats' efforts to unseat then-President Donald Trump and Republicans' Senate majority.

Boy, Do people get mad when you point out Democrats are comfortable "crossing party lines" for donors. Today it's a school slush fund. Tomorrow?

It's always "just this once" when they vote with Republicans on corporate-friendly bills. Call it out and you're "divisive."

Sorry, your team is bought.

We're always told to fall in line behind the chosen “Millionaire Savior.” Don't question. Don't point out the flaws. Just clap along and hope this time the system picked a good one. But if we aren’t allowed to demand better from our own party, nothing is ever going to change.

Every time someone asks why Democrats lost so many voters I point out that since Clinton anytime it comes down to a choice between labor and capital Democrats pick capital every single time. If you can't see how that's a problem and is how we got here. Then we deserve to keep losing.

Currently stuck somewhere between “let me explain the entire systemic failure of the U.S. right now,” “here’s my little sci-fi game,” and “I really need to run some M+.”

Some of D&D’s biggest champions have moved on. Sigil flopped. Perkins and Crawford have exited. Even diehard YouTubers are drifting. It's clear the game’s not dead—but the era is.

It really feels like Wizards lost the room.

Someone needs to bring back Schoolhouse Rock and make it mandatory for higher office—then hand out basic economics and civics picture books to half our so-called leaders.

Nothing quite like accusing an autistic person of writing like a chatbot. I just go "thanks I think" since I'm not sure if that's a dig or a compliment.

Writing like this takes work. Structure doesn’t come naturally to me—I’ve trained myself to stay focused so I can be understood. #ActuallyAutistic

Primary every single Dem who dishes out performative resistance and then votes to uphold the levers of power. If they keep choosing power over people, they shouldn’t feel safe in their seats. Not for one second.
