The Silmarillion, but in a spectacularly unlikely to be approved by the Tolkien Estate way. Less "EPIC TRAGEDY SET TO THUNDEROUS HEROIC MUSIC" and more "garbage elves (and humans) achieve occasional moments of redeeming grace in between being messy bitches who love drama and do a lot of crimes."
If you could adapt any work of literature into a TV series (and you can only pick one), which would you pick and why?

We'll go first. Nalo Hopkinson's Midnight Robber. Seeing that world come to life with walls of Caribbean culture would be real fascinating to see on TV. So good.

Your turn!

Ian McKellen's spoken-word bit of Invisible Light (Scissor Sisters, Glastonbury) ok all the things, right, but also REALLY USEFUL in teaching about what many think of as 'Shakespearean' delivery (really a very specific elocution training path) and popular music.

Congrats to Pope Christopher Pike. (We could probably do worse.)
You and the characters from the last show you watched are a Conclave and must choose a new Pope from among your ranks.
Who’s the new Pope?

NOTE: Consider not only who you yourself would vote for. The new Pope is the person who got the most votes from all those included in the Conclave.
