We're back everybody! Amikon 2025 will be running on the 17th and 18th of May, and will be held in The U on DCU's Glasnevin Campus!

This year, Ami and Kon have decided to dress up for the occasion, as we will be having a fantasy theme! We hope you are all as excited as we are!

This has been our biggest year yet, with over 1000 attendees joining us over the weekend.

We have some exciting news about this years main events at Amikon!
On Saturday come watch as the committee takes part in family feud against attendees, from 5:30 until 6:30!
Or come join us for some Live DND on the Sunday, between 10:00 and 12:00!

We are excited to announce that Disgraceful Cabaret will be performing at this years Amikon!
The show will be running on the Saturday from 6-8pm. Entry will be €10 cash at the door, and there will be prizes to be won!

Think your anime knowledge is top tier? Come put it to the test at our annual Pub Quiz! We will be hosting the quiz on the Saturday at 9:30pm in NuBar (just after our charity auction!). There will be a prize pool of €180 to be won, so make sure to give it your all!

Lauren is a cosplayer based in Northern Ireland, who is well known for her cosplays of characters such as Pennywise from IT, Batman Who Laughs from DC comics and Sally from The Nightmare Before Christmas!

On the Saturday we will be hosting a Guilty Gear Strive tournament from 12 to 5:30! Additionally, on Sunday we will be running a Pokémon Showdown (gen 9 ubers) tournament! Please note that the Pokémon tournament will be bring your own device.

Amikons Charity Auction is back, and this year we will be raising money for Belong To, an incredible LGBT youth organisation!

Our auction will be on the Saturday, and will run from 8pm until 9 30 pm.

This year we will be running our cosplay masquerade and cosplay skit competitions! The Masquerade will be held on the Saturday, while the skits will be running on the Sunday.

Remember that a persons costume never gives you permission to touch or take photos of them. Ask for permission, and remember that no means NO!
