Maybe he just didn't want to antagonize AC, but try, eg

"Why ask me how voters & I will respond to Trump's extortion, rather than why Trump is threatening a major US city, who allows it, & why Cuomo thinks being Trump's puppet is better, or wld even avoid punishment? Surrendering gets you nothing."
Elected Democrats need to learn Murc's law & start directly invoking it, if not by name, then by definition. Be more direct & concise.

Eg, "You want to ask how Democrats will stop Republican lawbreaking, but won't ask Republicans to stop breaking the law." www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?t...

murc's law: The widespread assumption that only Democrats have any agency or causal influence over American politics.

“In this case, two of Ohio’s four largest cities—the beating hearts of entire regions—are essentially drawn out of existence as a matter of representation.

It’s voter suppression and dilution 101.”

I want to live in an America where nobody does public displays of their Nazism because it will ruin their whole goddamn life, as it should.
Evidently there was an Auschwitz-themed float in a Halloween parade in Pennsylvania.

The float was for a Catholic school, and to their credit the church immediately disavowed it.

Thing is, I don’t think high school kids did this entirely on their own. I’m guessing parents had to be involved.

I have reached a level of firm acceptance that at least three to four of my fellow countrymen and women are too fucking stupid to be citizens of a republic. And another three of ten are too stupid to care.

Border Patrol grabbed workers from the front yard of a home in Edison Park this afternoon then took them behind an office building in Niles and passed them off to a prisoner van. Woman came out to MF them and said "you're in the most conservative neighborhood in the city and nobody wants you here."

Edison Park is where all the Chicago cops live and nobody wants ICE there either.

Kevin Roberts' defense of Nick Fuentes is a watershed moment: the right has officially declared open, unabashed Hitlerism to be an acceptable position in their coalition

I remain skeptical that JD Vance has any future in national politics beyond his time as Trump's vice president, but I really do wonder if he'll be desperate and venal enough to dump his wife if we get to, like, December 2027 and he's polling at 8 percent in the GOP primary
JD Vance Seems to Think His Wife Is Going to Hell
At a Turning Point USA event, JD Vance was questioned about his brown, Hindu wife. His answer was disgusting.

When Congress pushed back the end of Daylight Saving Time in 2005, it ensured that our annual plunge in to darkness will almost always occur just before the November election.

I am CONVINCED this is voter suppression—quite possibly to the persistent benefit of Republicans! slate.com/news-and-pol...

Remember, the people doing this said Voting No on Issue 1 last year would stop gerrymandering. Now they do this.

They even manipulated the ballot language to confuse voters

This map directly violates the spirit and the letter of the Ohio Constitution.

Ohio has no rule law. Hasn’t in some time
My day yesterday:

10 am: teach election law class about the shameful history of legislative districts drawn to dilute/suppress urban voters

10 pm: see the new proposed Ohio map, and what the Ohio GOP wants to do to Cincinnati
