Well, this is comforting!

Since this admin does such a great job of following the law, listening to courts and serving the people, I have no more concerns!

Now that this is solved I can turn my attention to other matters.

That would be the worst. But, I am hopeful since I have seen many honorable politicians be good throughout and after....but the awful one's seem so....heartbreaking. Especially if you knock on door or argue with family members.

I agree! But, I think it's on us to remember that he is not perfect, that he is just a man, and that he will fall short. And that he will need to be challenged/pushed on issues.

I just hope when it happens, we remember that it is good for him to be human.

Sure, it will take a while, but I am glad that my daughter is there to be a part of it. (Although I do still worry....)

I think these types fully understand that their non-action is, in fact, action. They want to uphold a system of unearned advantage but they want others to do the obvious dirty work.

Sorta brilliant, if you can pull it off. But I don't think you are about to let them slide! Not now, not ever.

For me, I don't care if a person is a citizen or not. Everyone is human and ALL of this is unacceptable.

We cannot fall for the citizen/non-citizen trick because that is how we dehumanize people and allow violence.

Reminds me of those daytime talk shows in the 80's- Donahue, Oprah - they would have these big teary apologies from people who "just didn't know better" or "had to do what everyone else did" when they explained terrorizing, attacking or ignoring Black folks in previous decades.

People who will sell out basically everyone, including themselves, because they think there is profit in it are disqualified.

These gatherings remind me of the loosing baseball team with brand new uniforms. I know they were not easy to get. I know the kids love wearing them and the parents are proud to see it.

But, the better investment is training & coaching- to break the loosing streak.
