Grilled Ham and Cheese on Caramel Apple Red Ale Bread and Applewood Smoked Ham.

It got a little well done, griddle was a bit too hot and the bread was a bit too thick. Next time the bread will be a bit thinner and the griddle not as hot.

Caramel Apple Red Ale Bread just before going into the oven. Baking for myself today. Using this bread I'm going to have Grilled Cheese with Applewood Smoked Ham on it.

In 1965 median CEO pay was 20xs what their line workers wage was. Now its 300-400 times. They don't earn that. They're not worth that. They don't work 300 times harder or better. They are in a ponsi system that extracts from workers & consumers to reward the few at the top.
