I read this as this: overpaid, lazy players with weak mentalities can’t be asked to try something new and aren’t good enough so they blame the system and manager and say let’s go back to what we’re comfortable with. Btw they weren’t lighting it up in a 4-2-3-1 either. They just can’t be arsed.

As much as I love him I think a clean break looks the best for both parties in the summer. If Amorim wants to go with no compensation it should be seriously considered. Doing it without someone ready to come in though would be careless. Personally love Iraola but you’ve got to seriously convince him

I think tonight might be the first trine I’ve had doubts. An almost full squad, a game we’re desperate to win and an opponent famously fragile. And we offered next to nothing. It does not bode well.

Honestly not sure how I feel about Amorim and heads are too hot for this to be the time to think/talk about it properly anyway I guess. I do think I’d struggle to come up with a compelling argument as to why someone thinking he’s not the right man is wrong, which probably isn’t a good sign
