It's sad that taken out of context, I'm not sure what game Jeff is talking about. Recently there have been several that have been called out, and rightfully so. It's all gross, lazy, disingenuous, and kinda immoral, really.
“Our talented team with its own human hands and brains and souls decided that all this shitty art made by a computer was good enough to go in our game” is not a good defense of using AI tools to generate assets.
