I got a fancypants showerhead and that paired with my Vicks shower pod things and the fact that I keep the lights off now except for my phone flashlight (I can’t turn on the light because then the fan runs and sucks out all of my good Vicks vapors) I get way too excited about my showers now 😂
I’m literally eating a vegetable as we speak and had beans with my eggs for breakfast. Unfortunately lots of people need to count calories
I think it’s like $3.50-$4 for me which yes is expensive but also not TOO bad when compared to some energy drinks (at least that’s how I’m justifying it) lol

It’s a whole apple. This is just the slices remaining. Also my breakfast an dinner have more than enough to make up for a light lunch. Not every meal has to be something you’d see in a cartoon
If you see this as a snack that’s a problem in itself. A snack for me is a few bites of cottage cheese or some edamame or some peanuts
I’m not looking to get back down to where I was (which would involve me losing 60 pounds from where I am right now) but it would be nice to get like 20-30 off of me 🤷‍♀️
Well and exercise too. I used to run 4-5 miles of trails a couple days a week and the other days ran 3 miles around my neighborhood on my lunch breaks. Can’t do that anymore for obvious reasons.

But still. I feel like I should see SOME movement in the right direction these days
Since transitioning almost 6 years ago about half of that weight has come back (excluding boob weight). It’s been seemingly impossible to stop the number from going up, let alone make it go back down. The biggest difference? Hormones, not being vegan anymore, and age
I lost 120 pounds from the age of 32 to about 35 by… honestly I don’t even know. TONS of exercise an yes I was also vegan during that time but I was also on testosterone injections and I think above all else that really helped.

Regardless I love this brand of kombucha. The glass jars make me feel really cool haha
My lunch on most days after doing 40 minutes of elliptical and 20 minutes of yoga and sit-ups. Still can’t lose a goddam pound 😑
