Internet-connected consoles were a mistake. Multiplayer gaming should be done at LAN parties or via split screen like god intended
Do check from time to time, because it sometimes gets turned off unexpectedly
I teach math and it cracks me up that they get so much joy out of something so silly

Happy Anita Bryant Humiliation Day
A four-panel image of Anita Bryant being pied in her sanctimonious face by gay rights activist Thom Higgins, 1977.
Have you tried including "write something I don't have to edit" in your prompts? /s
I'm a fan (not a fan) of addresses in Waukesha county and maybe other places that are like "W123 N4567 Main St".

There's probably a decent reason for them, but I still think they look goofy
That's gotta cause problems with poorly-designed websites where you need to enter an address
I've rarely read anything worth reading that ended in an interrobang (‽)

It's the most reddit punctuation mark
Mortimer Adler's "How To Mark a Book" made me a convert
I hate-read a book where the author frequently used something cute and unnecessary instead of "said" (e.g., "'I agree,' Bob confirmed"), and it really made me appreciate Elmore Leonard's advice to avoid that
What the hell is with Silicon Valley types and books
jfc why does the radio dying make the rest of the car stop working
I hate (most) snarky narration. Too many writers want to emulate Adams or Pratchett, but not enough have the chops to pull it off
I read that a few years back when I called in sick on a PD day that I really didn't want to attend. It seemed apropos.

(I mean, I did need a mental health day)

"Maria" is rolling up raisins under the hot Madera sun. To earn $70, she has to roll 1,000 sheets! Each row has around 250 sheet. It's hard grueling work walking on the burning sand for hours rolling one sheet after another. #WeFeedYou
Yeah, I remember several of the older women at the church I went to >20 years ago talked openly about getting arrested for protesting at the School of the Americas. Christians who actually care about what Jesus had to say go hard.

Time to start carrying around some awful-tasting (but nontoxic) candy to give to those people. When they complain, tell them that it looks like candy, so what's the problem

I actually don't really care if AI is useful/interesting/good for some things in education actually - it is besides these things clearly a big problem already that maybe need listing yet again:
