Stepping up defence cooperation between Romania & Luxembourg. Today I welcomed 🇷🇴 Minister of Defence. We signed a Letter of Intent to reinforce our cooperation. We also plan to increase our army’s presence in the NATO Forward Land Forces Battlegroup in Romania. #StrongerTogether @defense.gouv.lu
