Yes, all around it. We heard noise whilst visiting, that's how we realized it was really bad.
I need something either totally isolated or well sound proofed. No concessions on the sound issues, I have moved 5 times in 6 years bc if sound issues...

I found a kdrama I wanted to see with french subtitles (no shade to english but french subtitles for chinese and korean dramas are far better... "okay" for something set in medieval or even antique era china is a bit weird of a translation) for free. also the nice pen.

Wow! A 5th generation spider? They must really like the place!
I see webs up on the ceilings and near the wooden beams and pillars, and I see them multiply so I imagine they're happy... or on the contrary they too are struggling with my neighbors and struggling to find a good spot

yeah... although now with some time to think, idk id i would have felt good in that flat
portraits, chinese armor (the why I have my head into the culture. Each dynasty has its armorS, plural, and there have been... a lot of dynasties. Very interesting, yes, but also a lot to learn)

Hi April!
We visited a flat with my mum today. The flat itself was nice but zero sound proofing, so it was an immediate no.
I then frove to the city to buy some art pen (brush pen with china ink in them). They were surprisingly cheap. Rn I'm trying to get my brain into drawing

Oh yes I'd say he did for sure no? Artists (wide meaning) take inspiration from what is around them. Sometimes it's a field, or a hill seen through the window of our house or a train as we are passing by...

ok thank you for explaining... I would be very stressed if that was happening at my work too! But if I may : it is outside of your control what your government is doing. I would suggest focusing on what you can control (plan B, saving etc.)
